Yoga for Stress Relief

Stress symptoms can affect your body, your thoughts and feelings, and your behavior. Stress that’s left unchecked can contribute to many health problems. Yoga is an effective way to manage stress through breath, movement, and calming of the mind. This class is designed for individuals who are looking to reduce their stress, who need a break from the ins and outs of life, or anyone just looking for an hour of self-care. No previous yoga experience is required.

Explore breathing techniques that help to calm the central nervous system and calm the mind

Explore gentle movements that will help us connect to our body and our breath

Explore meditation techniques that help us to stop and quiet ourselves

Join us at Exhale Yoga and Massage for 6 one hour classes designed with your health and wellness in mind.

$90 for 6 one hour classes

Classes begin Tuesday, June 25 at 10:00. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. Mats are available if needed.
