Meditation Through Movement Yoga Series


Enjoy a light yoga practice designed to help you go inward and explore your own thoughts and feelings, and create calm through breath, meditation and movement. Ideal for individuals who have experienced stress in their lives.

Classes begin Tuesday, September 10 from 10:00am to 11:00am and run until October 15. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. Mats are available if needed.
