Rest and Relax Online Restorative Yoga Class

Join this 75 minute online restorative yoga class.
Props to have with you: a yoga mat or blanket, a yoga bolster or bed pillows, yoga blocks or throw pillows, a large pool or bath towel, an extra blanket to cover yourself, cozy clothes. Create a relaxing and restful space with your own candles, soft music, and diffused essential oils or incense.
Class will be delivered by Zoom. Link will be sent the day of the class.
