Beginning and Building Yoga Series


Settle in to the Fall with some time for you. Join me for this 6 week series to build your yoga practice from the ground up or to build upon your current practice by exploring your breath and movement in the this gentle flow and instructional class.

Classes begin Thursday, October 24 from 10:00am to 11:00am and run to Thursday, November 28. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. Mats are available if needed.
